My name is Sheila French, I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and I am fully insured to practice Hypnotherapy.

I became interested in hypnosis through relaxation and sleep problems, and after experiencing the benefits of hypnosis I decided to study the subject further. I intended only to do a foundation course out of interest, but of course the more I learned the more interested I became and after passing the first year exams decided to carry on to complete the diploma course and become qualified.

I studied with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis at both their South West training school at Exeter University and in London. I have also done additional training in Painless Childbirth. LCCH have ongoing training sessions, which means that therapists trained with them are constantly updating their knowledge in the areas which particularly interest them. I am experienced in treating conditions such as: Stop Smoking, Pain relief, Phobias, Confidence Building & Ego Strengthening, Stress Management and Painless Childbirth using Hypnosis.
